They went well above our expectations in helping us sell our property. Even though we lived outside of the United States we honestly felt they cared about us and this was not just a business transaction. They happily handled ever aspect of the sale including dealing with a number of service companies such as air conditioning. Any issue that came up they were there front and centre to help us. Mary Pihl and Laura Navratil were exceptional. After looking at numerous homes to buy we had about given up but Mary continued to make us aware when she saw a house that contained what we were looking for. We knew when we saw the house we purchased that it was the one! And the sale of our previous home occurred within 90 days which was our goal. Cannot say enough good things about Mary and Laura and your support team. Obviously, we were very pleased and would recommend your team and in particular Mary and Laura to anyone seeking true professionals to help with their real estate needs.

Our realtor in Lakewood Ranch was Laura Navratil, and she was absolutely the best! She listened to our needs, was patient with us as we viewed homes again and again, and demonstrated the utmost professionalism. Being out of state buyers came with some challenges for us, but Laura went “above and beyond the duty of a realtor” and took care of so many things for us that they’re too numerous to list. My husband and I worked with both Mary Pihl and Laura Navratel on the purchase of our Villa in Tara Preserve.We were impressed with their professionalism and they were able to secure the closing of our home in a month!We would recommend them to anyone looking in the area.When we had to back out of signing a contract for a home in Heritage Harbor, Laura stepped in and was both professional and encouraging. They made the buying and moving a little less painful, and we are grateful.

Mary Pihl was our real estate agent for 15827 Kendleshire Terrace, Lakewood Ranch. She was really a special person. She went through many different houses with us, was very knowledgeable about the market, had many helpful ideas as we were discussing alternatives. After the sale she was very determined to get us the best terms, bridging discussions between us and the builders’ agent. She identified local craft people to help us with work after the sale. It was really a pleasure knowing and working with Mary.

Thanks for giving us the opportunity to provide comments on our experience with your sales associate, Laura Navratil. The first time we met Laura was via Facetime. Since we live out of state, my sister met Laura at the condo, and we discussed details via facetime. We continued to search for additional condos in different areas, Laura provided important information and guidance about each of the areas in which we were looking. Laura was so helpful and made herself available when we were in town to look at several condos. Laura made sure, we had all the information needed, answered our questions, and represented both parties very well. She was always very timely in her response and therefore, the process moved quickly. It was certainly a pleasure to work with Laura.
