Mary Pihl and Laura Navratil were exceptional. After looking at numerous homes to buy we had about given up but Mary continued to make us aware when she saw a house that contained what we were looking for. We knew when we saw the house we purchased that it was the one! And the sale of our previous home occurred within 90 days which was our goal. Cannot say enough good things about Mary and Laura and your support team. Our realtor in Lakewood Ranch was Laura Navratil, and she was absolutely the best! She listened to our needs, was patient with us as we viewed homes again and again, and demonstrated the utmost professionalism. Being out of state buyers came with some challenges for us, but Laura went “above and beyond the duty of a realtor” and took care of so many things for us that they’re too numerous to list. My husband and I worked with both Mary Pihl and Laura Navratel on the purchase of our Villa in Tara Preserve.We were impressed with their professionalism and they were able to secure the closing of our home in a month!We would recommend them to anyone looking in the area.When we had to back out of signing a contract for a home in Heritage Harbor, Laura stepped in and was both professional and encouraging. They made the buying and moving a little less painful, and we are grateful.

Mary Pihl was our real estate agent for 15827 Kendleshire Terrace, Lakewood Ranch. She was really a special person. She went through many different houses with us, was very knowledgeable about the market, had many helpful ideas as we were discussing alternatives. After the sale she was very determined to get us the best terms, bridging discussions between us and the builders’ agent. She identified local craft people to help us with work after the sale. It was really a pleasure knowing and working with Mary.

She is so informed about real estate and gave excellent advice on how to proceed with the marketing and sale of my house.
